As part of the UX team I have successfully improved the functionality and usability of numerous features for the company’s main client: OfficeTimeline Add-in 👨🏻‍🔬 During my time there I conducted user research and prototype testing for the deployment of new features such as: Google Excel data import, contextual edit menu, properties 💾 One of my responsibility was to identify friction points in the users’ curent experience and provide the best solutions for eliminating those stress points 👾 Collaborating within the design team, but more importantly with colleagues from other departments, was a daily function of my role.
